Terms of use

Jigijam gives you live rooms to watch and take part in. You may use it if you are old enough for its App Store age rating. You do not need an account, and we may change, pause or end a room, or the service, at any time.

The characters in every room are AI. What they say is generated live, is often wrong, and is written to be entertaining rather than accurate or fair.

Nothing in a room is advice. A panel deciding about your idea is not an investment decision, a judge ruling on your dispute is not a legal ruling, and a roast is a joke written by a machine. Do not rely on any of it.

There is no tolerance for abusive behaviour or objectionable content in a room. By using Jigijam you agree not to:

• Attack people over their religion, caste, region, sexuality, gender, disability or any similar characteristic.
• Threaten anybody, or encourage anyone to hurt themselves or others.
• Post sexual content, or sexual comments aimed at another person.
• Harass, bully or impersonate somebody, or share private information about anybody.
• Break the law, or use the service to send spam or malicious software.

Some rooms are built on insults and strong language, and that is what they are for. Arguing with a character, or being crude in a roast, is the product working. The rules above are about attacking PEOPLE and groups of people, which is a different thing and is not allowed anywhere.

You can report any comment or person, and block anyone so you no longer see or hear them. We review reports and can remove content and prevent someone from taking part.

We may stop anyone from using Jigijam who breaks these rules, without notice.

You keep what you write. You give us permission to show it to the other people in the room you sent it to, and to process it so the room can respond — which is the whole of what the app does with it.

Jigijam is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not promise a room will be available, entertaining or accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be limited.
